Uranium Energy Corp to Present at the Platts Nuclear Fuel Strategies Conference

AUSTIN, TX - September 24, 2007 – Uranium Energy Corp (OTCBB: URME) (Frankfurt: U6Z) (Berlin: U6Z) announces that Harry Anthony, Chief Operating Officer, will give a presentation about the Company, and will also participate in a panel discussion, at the Third Annual Platts Nuclear Fuel Strategies Conference in Arlington, Virginia, which takes place on September 25 to 26.
The discussion panel -- which is entitled “Outlook for Uranium Exploration, Development and Production” -- is comprised of senior officials of uranium development companies. Some of the following topics will be discussed by the panel:
